Are there customs fees in Switzerland?
No. Duties and import are included in the price. You pay exactly the subscription price, with no extra charge at your door or from customs.
When does my box arrive?
Always on Saturdays: if you order before Thursday, the first box is with you the Saturday after, then the next stage arrives every four weeks. You can see the exact date anytime in your account.
Can I change my delivery address?
Yes, anytime in your account up until the shipping day. After that the current box travels to the saved address, and the next one follows the new one.
What happens if I'm not home?
The box fits through most mailboxes or is left with a neighbour or at the pickup point. You'll get tracking by email.
Do you also deliver outside the DACH region?
Right now we deliver to Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Write to us if you'd like to see your country added — we keep track of these requests.
