Is there a cancellation notice period?
No. You can stop anytime. Stages you've already paid for are still delivered, and after that nothing more is charged.
By when do I have to pause so the next box doesn't come?
Up until the shipping day of your next stage. You can see the date in your account. If you pause before then, the delivery is skipped.
Do I lose my settings if I pause?
No. Roast character, rhythm and address stay saved. When you resume, you carry on exactly as before.
Do I get money back if I cancel mid-term?
You pay per stage, not for a long period in advance. So nothing is left outstanding that would need refunding. Gift subscriptions run only for the chosen term anyway.
